How do I use my ticket?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique booking reference number. If you ever need to contact us about your order, you might be asked for this reference, so keep a note of it. 

When you arrive for the event, we will ask for your name so we can issue you with a physical ticket on the door. You will not need a printed or electronic copy of your Digitickets ticket in order gain admission to the event, however having the details handy would be useful in case of any queries. 

Do I need to print off my ticket?

No - we will have a guestlist on Reception on the day of the event, so will issue you with physical tickets on arrival once you have given us your name. 

However if there are any queries about your booking, it would be useful to have your booking reference handy, but this can be printed, or via the confirmation email on a smartphone. 

I am disabled and need to bring a carer with me. How do I get a carer's ticket?

Carer's tickets are free of charge. Please give us a call or email, and we will be able to book one for you. 

Can I purchase tickets on the door?

Advance booking is highly recommended, as events often fill up and numbers are limited. Occasionally we do have tickets available on the door, however these cannot be guaranteed. 

Is parking included in my ticket?

Normally, the car park costs £2.50 per vehicle per visit however a day's parking is included in the cost of any paid-for event (free events still incur a parking charge). You will either be given a car park token when collecting your ticket, or the exit barrier will be raised at the end of the event. 

 

What happens if I lose my confirmation email?

If you contact us, we will be able to re-send any confirmation emails. However on the day of the event, we will have a list of who has made a booking, so you will still be able to collect your ticket.

What happens if I change my mind or can't make an event?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or ticket exchanges unless we cancel an event, so please make sure you can make the event before booking tickets. 

If we have to rescedule an event for any reason, we will let you know. If you cannot make the rescheduled date then we will offer a full refund. 

Are bookings refundable?

Unfortunately we can only offer refunds if we cancel an event. If we have to reschedule an event for any reason, we will let you know the alternative date. If you are unable to make this then we will offer a full refund.
