Your commitment to us

By confirming your booking, you accept that these Terms and Conditions form the basis of any agreement between The Keep and yourself.

 

Payment

Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payments made online, by phone or in person are processed by means which are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

We will not share your information with third parties. You can view our Privacy Policy here.

 

Changes or cancellations

In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be available. Otherwise, once paid for, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, including those booked in error.

To claim a refund in the event of cancellation, please call 01273 482349 with your booking reference and card details.

The Keep reserves the right to make alterations to speakers and event content or timing, and will make every effort to inform ticket-holders of significant changes using contact details provided at the time of booking.

 

Attendance at Keep events

You will receive confirmation of your booking(s) by email; tickets are valid only for dates and times booked.

Events will start promptly. For evening events, admittance up to 15 minutes after the start of the event only will be possible, due to staffing capacity.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Keep reserves the right to refuse admission and/or to request an attendee leaves if, in its reasonable opinion, there is a risk to the safety and/or enjoyment of the attendee and/or other members of the audience. In these circumstances, no refunds will be given.
